Lee’s Donuts, an iconic establishment nestled in Vancouver's historic Gastown, has been delighting patrons with delicious, handmade, quality donuts crafted from scratch.

However, during our on-site investigation, my team discovered that the narrow and cramped interior often results in bustling crowds and inefficient queuing.

To address this issue, we propose boosting ordering efficiency and operational speed by introducing a mobile app and Eye-Catching Digital Signage & Menu.
