Users are no longer frustrated when retrieving archived emails,

as the task success rate has risen from 10% to 100%, and user satisfaction scores have shifted from "not satisfied" to "satisfied.

On average, users completed the test in 25 seconds, with the majority swiftly locating the archived label upon opening the side menu.

We all know Gmail as our go-to daily tool. Once you select your messages, four icons appear at the top right. One of them, the archive icon, tucks away your emails into the 'All Mail' label.

However, Gmail doesn't assign a specific label for archived messages, which seems counterintuitive.

In my view, since Gmail has strategically placed the archive function, it must be a crucial and beneficial feature for users.

Therefore, I propose enhancing this aspect to improve the user experience, and make finding archived messages more intuitive and seamless!
